(Re)translations. Phenomenology and the “German philosophy” in the 1930s / Logos. 2011. № 5-6 (84). P. 169-192
annotation:  The article deals with biographical, historical and cultural sources of infiltration of the German philosophy in various spheres of the intellectual life in France of the 30-ies of the XX century. It is noted that the mobilization of external intellectual resources, including those of the post-revolutionary Russia, was a good opportunity for those who have not had great chances to be recognized by university institutions: within the frameworks of such logic, the coexistence of separate literary avant-garde members, science and philosophy, as well as the diversity of viewpoints represented by certain figures in science and philosophy must be understood. The emphasis is also made on the role played by various non-university educational and research institutions in these processes.
Keywords:  German philosophy in France, philosophical institutions, publishing, phenomenology, existentialism, A. Kojève, J.-P. Sartre, E. Levinas
